Finally, a soundbar designed for the
classroom... not the living room.

Audio is 40% of the learning experience.

wunderbar1

The speaker selection is the heart of any sound system design, be it a concert hall, a church, or a classroom. Soundbars can be a wonderful solution to installation and space issues, but that typical soundbar from your local audio or discount store was designed for a living room or residential entertainment system. With maybe 6 kids on a busy Saturday, you’re probably OK with that in your 200 sq. ft. home TV room, but a US classroom is typically 5 times larger than the average residential living room.

"GOOD ENOUGH" IS NOT PART OF OUR MANTRA

Leading Edge is the first company to address this problem, and our soundbar eliminates the need for complicated and costly installation. Simple one-cable connection.

If you are dedicated to a student's successful education, just "good enough" is NOT good enough. Our signature sound is simply amazing. It carries through every one of our products. Vocals are stunningly crisp with just the right amount of bass that makes voices sound comfortable all day and doesn’t require a subwoofer that would rattle the classroom next door. We don’t build our speaker systems to favor car chases or booms and bangs. And this is the first soundbar to be specially designed for maximum loudness before feedback with wireless teacher-worn microphones.

KARTBar™

Mobile sound should be noble sound

kartbar1

Your beautiful new interactive display panel possibly has little 1” x 2” speakers ( usually at the bottom of the board) which are just not going to project into a 1000 sq ft. classroom. Even 40 watts into tiny speakers don’t make them produce room-filling audio. It's not just a question of loudness, but clarity with minimal distortion.

The sound source, in this case the soundbar, needs to be above the video display but angled down to the students throughout the classroom.  The KARTBar is perfect for mobile carts, which all need quality sound. Just add a compact power amp and you have an extraordinary sound that goes anywhere.

High Definition Audio is on a roll

Interactive display panels have revolutionized the classroom, but they often have not kept pace with the audio potential.  Mobile carts present a whole new challenge to audio, but the KARTBar was designed especially for this task with tilted mounting bars and a lightweight package that will interface so easily with virtually every display panel's back panel VESA mounts.
